Products

All items are handmade with care. Due to the handmade nature of my products, slight variations in colour, size and finish may occur. These variations are part of what makes each item unique and are not considered faults.

Product photos are taken to represent items as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.

Made to Order Items

Some products are made especially for you after your order is placed. Please check the product description for the current processing time before ordering.

Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Prices may change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

Orders

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

I reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where necessary. If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.

Personalised Items

Please check all spelling, initials and customisation details carefully before placing your order.

As personalised items are made specifically for you, they cannot usually be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Intellectual Property

All photographs, product descriptions, logos, designs and website content are the property of Auntie Evie unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.

Some products may be inspired by popular themes, stories or aesthetics. Unless explicitly stated, all items are independently designed and handmade. They are not official merchandise and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or associated with any third-party brand, company, author, publisher or film studio.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auntie Evie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
