Thank you for supporting my small handmade business! Every order is carefully prepared with love and attention to detail.

Ready to Ship Items

Items listed as Ready to Ship will usually be dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Made to Order Items

Made to order items are handmade especially for you after your order is placed. Please allow 7–10 working days for your item to be made before it is dispatched.

If your order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, your order will usually be dispatched together once everything is ready.

UK Shipping

All UK orders are sent using a tracked postal service where possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and cannot be guaranteed.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to selected countries.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees or handling charges that may apply in their country. Unfortunately, I have no control over these charges.

Delivery Delays

Once your parcel has been handed to the postal service, delivery is outside of my control. While I'll always do my best to help if there is an issue, I cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, I can resend it once it has been returned to me, but additional postage costs may apply.
